凱蒂食記。台中元手:我真的太愛美食了!全台吃透透!到台中,必吃元手。超~愛日本料理的我,在那裡得到大大的滿足!喜歡元手的原因很多,第一:有別於套餐式日本料理,這裡menu是單點一顆一顆的,喜歡吃什麼才點什麼,沒有不想遇到的意外。第二:種類超級多!從冷前菜,湯,各類生魚片,新鮮握壽司,炙燒握壽司,烤魚,定食,應有盡有! 更特別的是,每次到訪都有驚喜!因為元手還會應景特別食材,例如圖中的青花魚。寫著寫著口水都快流下來了!Katherine's food diary: Taichung yuansou jap restaurant: Wanna know how much I love to eat? I could travel to Taichung just for a meal at yuansou. Why is it one of my favorite restaurant? Reason one, I prefer a la carte! I want to know what I'm expecting! I'd rather not have any unpleasant surprise! Reason two: omg! This place will satisfy everyone of every kind! Whether it's sushi, nigiri, hot Japanese plate to salad soup, just imagine any kind of jap dish you could think of. All I can say, it's one stop eating ! Ps with reasonable price!
